M. R. Tanner Construction has been a market leader in roadway construction and pavement maintenance for over 30 years. Our experience operating in nearly all aspects of construction has led to our success on thousands of miles of roadway in the greater Phoenix area. On all our projects, we self-perform approximately 75% of the work, specializing in paving, grading, concrete, and pavement maintenance. Our reputation is built on being a dependable and capable partner for developers, commercial properties, homebuilders, and public agencies.

Our Services

We provide a wide range of services, including:

Road Paving

We offer asphalt paving of new roads and parking lots, as well as resurfacing and asphalt overlay paving of existing streets for pavement preservation.

Road Grading

Our team provides earthmoving, fine grading, subgrade preparation, and aggregate placement for the construction of new roads.

Concrete Services

We install concrete, including curb, gutter, sidewalks, and ADA ramps, as well as flatwork for various applications.

Seal Coat and Crack Seal

We offer crack seal and seal coating of existing asphalt for pavement preservation.
