In 1963, Jack Tobin founded J.K. Tobin Construction Corporation to provide quality construction services to Central New York builders and developers. Salt Springs Paving Corp. was launched in 1988 as a concrete slip form (gutter & curb) and asphalt paving company to provide a full range of services to our customers. In March 2022, Salt Springs Paving was bought and is now owned and operated by Chuck Dygert. Salt Springs Paving Corp. continues to partner with several site development companies to provide complete paving solutions.

The pride that Salt Springs Paving Corp. continues to take in its work is evident in the many agencies that repeatedly employ our services to construct their projects. Agencies like National Grid, Onondaga County, and many of the towns within Onondaga County continually place their trust and faith in us to complete their projects on time and within budget.
