West Coast Paving

At West Coast Paving, Inc., we are a locally owned and operated full-service grading, paving, and asphalt maintenance company. Our mission is to provide high-quality services to our customers while exceeding their expectations. Founded in 2003 by our current owner, Jeff Sander, we have grown significantly over the years from a small team of less than five employees to employing more than 35 Nevadans today.

Our team of experienced tradesmen and engineers have the expertise and knowledge to complete projects of all sizes, from small residential driveways to large public works projects. We have extensive experience in roadway construction and reconstruction, grading and paving, and drainage and utility construction.

Grading

Grading is the process of leveling an area of land by cutting dirt from high points and filling in low places. This process is essential in various applications, including open drainage ditching, preparing land for construction, and leveling areas for planting cover crops. Our experts have the skills and knowledge to complete grading projects accurately and efficiently.

Paving

Paving is the process of laying material such as asphalt, concrete, or stones to create a firm, level surface. We offer a variety of paving services, including residential driveways, commercial parking lots, public and private roads, and utility patching. Our experts can complete projects on a variety of surfaces, from residential driveways to large roadways.

Asphalt Maintenance

Asphalt paving becomes susceptible to defects and damage over time due to wear and tear. Our team of experts offers a variety of services to extend the life of any asphalt surface. From asphalt patching, overlays, and reconstructions, to crack filling, seal coating, and concrete repairs, we have you covered.

Striping & Signs

We are an ADA compliant striping and signing expert, ensuring compliance with ADA regulations on every project, big or small. We offer a variety of striping services, including new parking lot striping and restriping of existing lots. We can also install signs as needed.
