At Wagner Paving, we have been dedicated to providing top-quality paving services since our inception in 1970. Our founder, Tom Wagner, started the company with just six employees and a few pieces of equipment. However, through hard work, honesty, and integrity, he was able to grow the company into what it is today.

We are a fully integrated, ODOT approved paving contractor located near Dayton, Ohio. Over the years, we have expanded our services to include a wide range of asphalt and concrete construction projects. Our team of experienced professionals and extensive fleet of modern equipment make us the go-to choice for many clients in the region.

Today, Wagner Paving is still family owned and operated, with Tom's daughter, Cheri, at the helm. We take pride in our commitment to quality, customer satisfaction, and community involvement. Our team consists of approximately 73 full-time employees, many of whom have been with us for over 25 years. This level of continuity allows us to maintain the high standards that our clients have come to expect from us.
