At H.E.H. Paving, we are a commercial paving company with a mission to provide our customers with high-quality paving services at fair market prices. Our journey began in 1988, when Hobson Milner and Herb Williams started a small landscaping company that eventually grew into a paving enterprise. Our initial objective was to create a sound business model that could efficiently meet the paving needs of our customers on a long-term basis.
Our History
Over the years, we have successfully completed a wide variety of projects, ranging from driveways to major roadways, throughout the Atlanta Metropolitan Area. Our experience and expertise in the field have allowed us to establish a reputation for providing exceptional service, from start to finish. We take pride in our ability to deliver cost-managed solutions, while ensuring that every project is completed to the highest industry standards.

Giving Back to the Community
At H.E.H. Paving, we believe that every business has a responsibility to give back to the community. We are proud to sponsor and participate in various community events, donations, and educational opportunities. Some of these initiatives include sponsoring the Latin American Association, supporting Southwest DeKalb High School, participating in the Atlanta Jerk Festival, hosting a Domino Tournament for the Atlanta Technical College, and partnering with the International Brotherhood of Police Officers - Atlanta Police Union. We also support the Damascus Baptist Church and other local organizations in their efforts to improve the lives of our community members.
