Our story began with Tracy native, Robert Rocha, who founded the company. Robert's passion for the construction field started at a young age when he worked on tractors and various equipment at Silva Bros Dairy in Tracy, CA. Over the years, Robert has continued to hone his craft, and his passion has led to the establishment of Tracy Grading and Paving, Inc.

In 2001, Robert started his own business as an owner-operator with just one backhoe. Seven years later, in 2008, he started Extreme Excavation after working tirelessly to develop his expertise and grow his business. Another six years later, in 2014, Robert established Tracy Grading and Paving, Inc., a corporation of his own. Today, Robert is proud to have an extensive fleet of earth-moving equipment that enables us to complete bigger jobs and better serve our community.
