• Joe Kopczynski, Co-founder and President/COO: With 17 years of experience in operations management and business process improvement, Joe has a proven track record of delivering quality projects on-time and on-budget.
• Jim Kopczynski, Co-founder and Advisor: With nearly 15 years of M&A, principal investing, entrepreneurship, and operating experience, Jim brings a wealth of business expertise to our team.
• Joseph H. Kopczynski, Advisor: A retired engineer with 32 years of service at the Illinois Department of Transportation, Joseph has an intimate knowledge of all asphalt products and has worked closely with state and county officials.
