AP&S was formed in 2003 through the strategic acquisition by Northern Improvement Company of several established firms in the Prescott Valley area, including Asphalt Paving & Supply, Inc., Earth Products Concrete & Materials, LLC, and Flintstone Industries, Inc. This consolidation brought together a wealth of experience in asphalt paving, aggregate sales, and ready mix concrete, laying the groundwork for AP&S to become a leading force in the region's construction industry.
