Negative: The company has been accused of having a pattern of displacing low-income tenants, being unresponsive, and performing subpar workmanship, with both authors labeling the company as "terrible" to work with.

Pattern of Behavior

It appears that this company has a pattern of acquiring properties in low-income areas, displacing long-term tenants, and then attempting to flip the properties for a profit. The authors of these reviews claim that the company is two-faced, providing false reassurances to tenants before abruptly terminating their leases.

Unresponsive and Unprofessional

The company's communication style is also criticized, with both authors describing receiving automated messages informing them that their tenancy agreements were being terminated. This lack of personalized communication and seeming disregard for tenants' well-being is seen as unprofessional and inhumane.

Workmanship and Construction

Furthermore, the quality of work performed by the company's contractors is also called into question. Faken Namen highlights the poor workmanship, citing uneven or damaged pavement as a result of the company's construction efforts. Both authors also express frustration with the workers' demeanor, describing them as rude and uncooperative.
