- Joseph DuBreuil, Vice President, Over 20 years of experience in the paving and asphalt industry, including over 7 years of experience in asphalt reclamation, joined R&D Paving in 2001.
- Gerry DuBreuil, Sales and Snow Operations, Over 30 years of experience in the snow and ice management industry, over 20 years of experience in the paving industry, and over 20 years of experience in sales, accounts management, and operations, joined R&D Paving in 2016.
- Debra DuBreuil, Secretary and Treasurer, Over 15 years of experience in office operations and management, joined R&D Paving in 2010.
