Randy Carpenter, the founder and president of Paver Connection, has extensive experience in the paver installation industry. As a certified ICPI instructor, Randy travels the United States training other paver installers. He is also licensed by the State of Texas as an irrigator and drainage provider, ensuring that your paver project is designed properly and works in harmony with surrounding landscaped areas.
