Unsatisfactory Experience with Jorge Diaz and His Company
Nina Bowen shares her extremely disappointing experience with Jorge Diaz and his company. She strongly advises against hiring them, citing a lack of accountability and satisfactory work quality. The issue began with a $4000 job done on her asphalt driveway, which soon developed large bare spots. Despite numerous attempts to contact Jorge Diaz, including phone calls, emails, and a letter left at his doorstep, he failed to respond or make amends.
The experience left Nina and her husband frustrated, and even more so when a similar complaint from another customer emerged on the HomeAdvisor website. HomeAdvisor's suggestion to take Jorge Diaz to court is a testament to his unprofessionalism and lack of regard for client satisfaction.
